Staff friendly, nice breakfast to start the day. Great location.

Pool could be a tiny bit bigger with better stairs.

Location was great, close to everywhere but still quiet. Staff were excellent, friendly and always helpful. Pool although small was good and was not busy during our stay.

Extremely accessible and a 2minute walk to the bustling Bangla street. Big rooms with excellent air con. Clean bathrooms and showering facility. Good quality sleep. Good bed. Very nice staff. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned and maintained everyday

Very clean, good staff mostly in the reception girl name junefee very good girl she always try to help us and advice us , location very good near the saw road and lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel and hotel have a very good restaurant in the reception i like hotel style in the reception open area with the road you can sit and order food or drink and see people walk outside

If you want to be close to the Bangla and enjoy the nightlife the location is just perfect. Cleaning was quite well. In overall I like my stay there, but within a walking distance there are some other hotels with a better price/performance ratio.

Rooms are clean but a bit old fashioned. Also my room was with no balcony, which makes it difficult to dry clothes and other beach stuff. Sound insulation could be better.

Wifi is sooo bad!! Internet is really the worst in Thailand and I asked them to change or restart it and it’s still the same

This is very near to patong walking street - at the end of the street is patong beach - patong walking street is strictly only for adults where thousands of adult activities are shown in open and going on -which are all trashy - if you are a cultured family ( you can avoid children seeing this and thinking about it as the walking street is very close by -so its not suitable for family. if you come with the intention of adult entertainment then allright. if you hire vehicle here the you cant park - its a chock-o-block road always. so not a good place for family trip. if yours is a " we very modern and we want our young kids to ripen asap - then its your wish. never enter this area or enter in to walking street - that will question family valuse and respect for family life

Location was good

I payed a lot for not much in return.. The room faced to a wall, so practically no window, no light.. the services were very bad also and some of the stuff were acting unpolite. Its the first time I encounter this in Thailand.

The location of the Hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms.

I travelled for vacation with a friend. Two males. When we checked the room just after check in, we found out that it has a single king size bedroom. So we asked for another room just with two beds instead. The receptionist gave us another room but charged us for an upgrade and half of what we paid already per night. We tried to negotiate but she wouldn't listen. The sad thing is that we discovered later that the Hotel is totally empty. So she could have done that for free. Also one day before checkout we asked for a late checkout. They told us that we have to pay some extra 500 BHT. We agreed but didn't pay. Next day and before normal checkout time we called the receptionist and asked for the late checkout and they said its okay but we have to pay 1200BHT. We refused and cancelled the late checkout thing. I think they just think of money. Whatever you ask for is for money money and money and nothing else. Probably they want to compensate for the emptiness of the hotel. !!!!

Every thing ,near the mall ,beach,walking street,restaurants,massage shops and 7 eleven ,the staffs was very helpful and kindly,this is the fourth time to me in the hotel

Was my first time staying but my partner had been there many many times in the past, as soon as we arrived they remembered him straight away, which is nice. After checking out i fell sick from lunch i had else where, i couldnt check into my next destination for another 4 hours, i went back to the orchid and they gave me a room to lie down in until i felt better for no additional cost... so humble and so gracious. Highly recommend this place

Great service and great value. Perfectly located in the busiest part of patong but hardly hear a sound.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the location is good however there are other hotels offering just as good a location with more choices and added extra.

the pool area is very small and doesn't offer a bar or any other kind of resort type facility. The breakfast is extremely limited and offers far less than all the other hotels I stayed at in Patong.

The location of the hotel is the main thing I like. Also, the staff and the bar restaurant 24h. Great food.

Cleanliness. Bathroom sink smells bad. Expensive not worth the money for deluxe room at all. View not great. They only give one card for access.
